Lomography kicks off first new film emulsion in half a decade

LomoChrome Metropolis will come in 110, 135, 120 and 16mm rolls

Analog film photography champion Lomography is launching the first new film emulsion in five years, the company says. LomoChrome Metropolis is launched via Kickstarter today, offering big discounts to early backers. The film, characterized by “muted colors with an intense aesthetic pop,” will be available in 35mm rolls, 120 rolls, 110 cassettes and 16 mm movie film. The film will be C-41 process, with fine cinema-style gain, with extended 100-400 ISO range, according to Lomography.
